The first page of Track 4 yeaaaah! Makin’ comics! Passage of time!
I think Heinrich is actually the hardest KB character for me to draw… next to Steffi in her Blitz costume. He has those darn age lines under his eyes, but if I’m not careful he ends up looking like a psychopath. I won’t give up on you, Heinrich!
Oh yeah, here’s the pencil sketch I did to design his younger self in the last page:

I think he was quite dapper at the time!

Also there’s a robot.

And thus arrives the cover of Track 4, which means I need to go make its archive thumb version and start manually adding pages hrnmmng!

Phony is a track from the soundtrack of Tetrisphere, which had an amazing soundtrack considering it was.. a tetris game for the n64. Neil Voss, the composer, also did music for The New Tetris, but then he kinda fell off the map as far as I can tell. He’s recently resurfaced in the PATV Documentaries (Lookit the bottom). This has become a kind of fascinating mystery for me. His website is completely devoid of content, as is his twitter page. But I will find where to get more music from him, gosh dangit!

Official actiontimes start on the next page, which is done and I like it a lot so I hope you do toooo in 2 days.

This page isn’t super great but that’s what you get for not leaving any comments on the cover. Totally your fault. Not a coincidence at all. But also I don’t care. Ain’t hurtin my feelings. Nope nope. Just talkin’ the the void over here, enjoyyyyying myself.

EDIT: Pfff I can’t believe you guys gave in to my terrorist demands. I am pleased. OH AND I FORGOT. Steffi is adopting a someone bastardized version of the double knife hand block, which was always my favorite block in taekwondo. It ain’t martial arts unless you’re making knives with your hands!

Stuff continues to occur, twice a week here on Kiwi Blitz!
And I mean just think about the force it would take to shoot that claw and pull Raccoon along as fast as it does. Murderous force!

Internet is super wonky here, so I’m attempting a super early update and hoping it goes through before the internet poops out again.

If you will be there, note that you MIGHT find me at Scott Kurtz’s booth acting like I’m much cooler than I am. Otherwise you might spot me wandering around like a lost puppy. I will of course be wearing my infamous newsboy hat for easy identification.

On a side note, I also got a ton of really positive comments between the last page and now. Iunno if it was something about the last page, but I feel strong :< Thanks to everyone for being the best person/people. Lav you guys.

I just got back from PAX a couple hours ago. It was really amazing, but I’m too tuckered out to compose the blog post it deserves. I’ll make an attempt on Wednesday. Hopefully I can catch up on my schoolwork and make the page by then!

Oh, and I never did find that person who was supposedly cosplaying as Blitz. I’m assuming at this point that it was a misidentification, though I’m not sure what other characters have lime green helmets(as the enforcer described it). I’m sure there are some.
