Kiwi Blitz is longform webcomic that chronicles the adventures of a couple teenagers’ attempts to fight crime in the not-too-distant future. Imagine an American superhero cartoon mixed with a Japanese mecha anime, and you’ve got the basic husk of the comic’s existence!

Q: How often does KB update?
A: I’m currently living and teaching English in Japan. Between my dayjob and various freelance comic projects, I don’t have a large amount of time to work on KB each week. But I update whenever I can! If you want to know whenever KB updates, you can always follow my twitter, my tumblr, or KB’s facebook page.

Q: How do you make KB?
A: It’s all photoshop and a wacom intuos tablet. I ink with the pencil tool! People ask me if I use vectors a lot, but it’s basically the opposite :)

Q: I want to read the comic, but I don’t want to start from the beginning. Suggestions?
A: In general, I’d say start with the beginning of the most recent track and compare hair colors with the cast page to figure out who people are.
But! KB is very much a linear story rather than a gag comic, so it works best if you read from the beginning. I promise the art gets better over time!

Q: Do you do any other comics/art?
A: I do! You can also always check out my tumblr for various art and comics I draw on the side!

Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Sometimes! Just email me if you’re curious about rates!
