When I was researching thermographic imaging in order to misuse that knowledge for inaccurate comics, I came upon this kind with all shades of blue instead of all the reds and yellows etc. I was immediately reminded of the life detect spells from Oblivion. I guess they’re based on the technology? Would make sense :<

Since thermographic imaging detects the body through the clothes, did you just TECHNICALLY draw her naked?
Prepare for a through-traffic spike! XD
Awesome page, very dynamic. Although – how does the shadow in panel 6 supposed to work, exactly? Is the left part of her body translucent (or a vampire)?
I am now creeped out by Gear. What the hell is with the nonchalance?
I almost think your comments are funnier than your comics; just the sort of straight-forward honesty, i.e. “misuse for innacurate comics” cracks me up.
Holy mackerel! What is that?! A micro edge blade?
Well, all of a sudden this battle became a lot less one-sided and a lot more interesting.
Okay Steffi, please get out of there before you get yourself killed or anything. :<
Third panel is pretty neat though, the especially the coloring.
Actually, with themal imaging (as well as low-light,radio waves,x-ray telescopy, etc), you can use whatever false-image color scheme you want. Most available devices for thermal use either red-scale, or grayscale.
And you can, with some, switch which end of the visible imaging spectrum is the “warm”
So, the Kiwi’s blue-scale is not only possible, but cool (pun intended)
It looks to me like that’s her right arm with the gauntlet, not the left…
omg you mentioned oblivion I now love you more
