As twitter assures me, refusing to wear pants at night is a trait shared by ALL FATHERS.
Sometimes I wish that I did NOT have to see my dad’s brief bulge, as it were. But he probably sees it as an assertion of his male dominance, much like turning the volume of his computer to max so we can hear the BING as he does taxes all day.

Hahaha FLAG BOXERS. Fantastic.
Also I am envying Steffi’s wonderfully clean room. Especially as I consider my own studio at the moment. Lucky Lucky Steff!
oh GOD, so HOT ahahahaha
And that is GERMANY right? Not to plug anything, its just I’m a fan of the character “Germany” from the series Hetalia too.
Panel 4 just looked too weird for me.
then panel 5, then 6, then 7, its like a combo! Ahahahah
Oh don’t mind me and my head xD
Holy shin! Steffi’s papa is hawt! And I’m not even into most guys! …moving on.
T’would seem Herr. Frohlich is just as enthusiastic about Blitz as Steffi is. In his own way at the very least.
Hej,
I love your comic a lot, and I don’t want to get nitpicky, but if Dad’s boxers should resemble the flag of Germany, the stripes should be aligned horizontally…
Haha, my dad does it too Him and my brother frequently walk around the house without a top on, you get used to it.
Steffi is simply adorable.
Let’s just say that boxers are much better than nude. =/
Hoo, dad is in good shape.
Guess lifting heavy stuff to make mecha’s aint the same as a deskjob.
Wish i was that fit xD
Does your dad rock the shorts/undershirt/black socks/sandals look while watering the lawn with a hose?
…EVERY SATURDAY MORNING OF MY CHILDHOOD.
@unkultur COUNTER
“refusing to wear pants at night is a trait shared by ALL FATHERS.”
Yes. I agree with twitter. It’s definitely true. XD
LOL Boxers.
Double LOL mischievous Papa.
@Cube
What is up with the beefcake shots! If you really wanna give us some fanservice (NOT STEEFI! She’s under age) how about some fanservice pics of my fav periphreal character… Announcer Lady!
Also, they speak english in private and not german. Who knew!
They’re both fluent in both languages, so they kinda jump back and forth.
I have a friend whose mother is a native Korean, and they’ll actually switch languages midsentence!
I’d consider doing that for the comic if it wouldn’t be such a nightmare to read >__>
Wonderful comic! I just read the whole thing after clicking the ad at mspa. The art style is very good. I really enjoy the added realism of the spoken German. Keep up the good work!
On the subject of this particular comic….
Pacman. :V
@Cube
Don’t trip, we have Google Translate! The future is now.
at least your dad wears boxers Cube, tighty whities here and he is in no way in shape (prepares to burn his eyes out)
@Bucc-i
Except then we still wouldn’t understand what they’re saying.
“Your chicken tank is in need of a fingering?”
@Hfar, lol. You’ve played with BAD Translator?
http://www.cheatingtranslators.com/bad-translator
@nsanelilmunky
Nope. I’ve just read a lot of mangled translations in my time. But I must admit that BAD Translator thing is rather amusing. XD
One of my brothers has a lot of fun deliberately replacing words with false friends or words that are homophones in the other language and literally translating idioms and lexicalized compounds while switching between English and German. It sounds absolutely incoherent and nonsensical unless you know both languages and have an idea of what he’s doing. His favorite one is asking “How goes it?” which is still understandable, and offering the answer “One-wall-free” (from “einwandfrei”, literally “objection-free”, basically meaning “I have no complaints”) which uses all of the effects at once.
I agree with Steffi. Headphones like that would be cool to wear all the time. I was actually starting to wonder if she had hearing problems and the headphones were attatched to her head, but I guess not.
Flag boxers but wrong flag, as worn their the flag of Belgium.
A country which could cease to exists at any moment.
I don’t have a father to speak so I don’t have to see that XD
