As for her blatantly obvious hair style being visible in her costume, I ask that you suspend your disbelief for the purposes of entertainment. Steffi just isn’t the same character if you cover her strawberry rolls.
And as a side note, holy crap I like how newsman Cliff Trench looks so much more now. We haven’t seen him since the beginning of Track 01, and I was still figuring out how to draw heads then. Must… resist urge… to retcon… art…

I’d hope the FOnewarls look better in Zero than they did in Online. The Newman tech-users always looked so damned fruity I could never bring myself to play them.
… Phantasy Star talk makes me miss playing my HUcaseal and my FOmar though. =/
