I ended up drawing this page twice thanks to a corrupted file, which made me feel double guilty for this being a selfish nuthin-but-action page.

Steffi’s got some moves! o: Seems that training helped a bit.
So, I think that sword might have a bit of a range advantage over that stun gun. Here’s hoping Ben doesn’t just get run through.
I think the Bull guy will fall on the Tiger
Stunguns use electricity, swords are conductive. There is only one path open to him if he wishes to be a true badass, and it is swing down and blast the ever-loving crap out of tiger girl through her blade.
Electricity follows the path of least resistance. Would that include the non conductive handle of a sword? Regardless, I dont think there’s enough time to press a stungun to a thrusting sword. x_x I’d hate to see Ben impaled.
Except for the fact that normally sword handles are made of wood, leather, or plastic and are non-conductive.
Contrary to popular believe, swords are not actually very good conductors of electiricty. Unless they’re bare metal and made entirely of copper or gold.
And even if the blade is a good conductor, the handle is typically a good isolator.
*belief, *insulator.
I love intelligent commenters.
Messenger, note that I regularly have implicit spelling, so it is rather cheeky of you to suggest corrections for my obvious mistakes, which, mind you, were made at 08:41 on a day I had yet to go to sleep. Regardless, I was under the impression that a bit of lenience was expected when the offending statement was written down, particularly in a place where it is impossible to edit it after noticing the mistake.
Secondly, Messenger, you are quite wrong. roguebfl was correct, as an electrical isolator is used to stop a circuit’s path, while an insulator merely helps contain an electrical current, usually with the intent to focus or direct it.
But we like action! D:
the way the line of steffi right leg is thicker then the other line of the of the body in the first penal, really make the action look real and 3D.
Looks like that training with Ben might come in handy Stephie.
I call that Ben will get stabbed but actually not but it will look fatal!
What do you mean, there is clearly dialogue in the first panel.
Ho HO!
I didn’t even notice that!
Well said kind madam.
but action is cool as heck!
I don’t see how drawing cool pictures in a webcomic is selfish, but don’t let me stop you being demanding on yourself; we probably profit in the end from your unreasonableness.
Garfield about to stab that dog. So evil :0
Is it me or does Ben look distracted in that second panel? (with his head slightly turned and eyes wide…) Ummm also does anyone feel suspense due to the way his jacket flows back in a way where his entire middle is open to see/stab?
NERVOUS.
But he’s wearing a mask he looks the same way all the time!… Although he should probably keep eyes on tiger girl with deudly weapon yeah. Also yes very much. <:u
This particular ‘selfish nuthin-but-action page’ looks so good it’s nothing to be ashamed about.
Oh, V for Vendetta trope. Best case scenario: Ben will turn out to be wearing an armoured chestplate underneath his fursuit that will deflect the sword, then he uses the stun gun on Katana Tiger.
Half expected Steffi to land on the katana and balance there. But alas, she is not a ninja. I am surprised, however, at how her skills have improved since her old childhood days.
Steffi: How was that?
Ben: fight now, discuss badassness later!
*points out the word “Hup” as appropriate dialog*
I wounder if the track Steffi is listening to now is Blitzkrieg Bop
Ack I meant Ballroom Blitz
Hhehehehehhehehehe, I don’t think Steffie’s got them grabby arms. I think 42 would have blitzkrieg arms that would pulverise her ennemies!
Ben you better not need cybernetics after this! Be injured in an original way!
Steffi: Damn it! Why did you have to go play the hero!
Don’t remind me…
Naturally athletic!
taser wolf vs katana tiger, this will be great.
Action is good.
Aaaand furfight.
I do like the first panel, very well-made layout.
Have you had formal art instruction, by the way?
I regret being only self-taught, it’s gotten me into some bad habits.
“Taser Wolf VS Katana Tiger” sounds like the name of a song by God of Shamisen.
In fact, it sounds like an awesome name for just abotu anything.
No apologies necessary! This action strip is awesome! And Steffi’s moves! Wow!
I see this chain of events leading to only two viable conclusions. A: The bull falls forward, squishes the tiger, and then is tazed by ben.
Or B: The bull falls forward and impales himself on the sword. The tiger, Ben and Steffi are all shocked by the turn of events. The tiger, now weaponless for fear of killing her friend more thoroughly, drops the sword and attempts to et out of the way as Ben tazes her. The trio leaves, and Ben and Steffi are left with a horrifyingly traumatic experience of having killed a man.
…
I really hope it’s the first one.
