Since I’m not … uh … a member of the baby-shippers club, my attention was drawn to those arcade cabinets.
The one Blitz is playing is clearly some kind of rhythm game, of roughly modern manufacture based on the screen size and aspect ratio. Almost certainly Japanese, they’ve got roughly a zillion such games.

But what about the next one over? The blank name-plate and the insane button configuration suggests a multi-purpose cabinet. Possibly a MAME box (Although I get the impression her collection is mostly authentic hardware, a MAME box would stand out.)
However, what’s with those joysticks? They’re arcade sticks, but they’re huge! They’re bigger than most flight-stick style joysticks.

Does any real machine use that kind of hardware?

(And what about the next one over? It seems to stick out farther than the others. A Pinball machine? That’d be a real antique, but in the past we’ve seen that she’s got other 80s-era machines.)

well i happen to be looking at the context of the sentence, and in the earlier panel Steffi was taunting her about the fact that she sounded so worried, and Chandra got indignant about it, possibly embarrassed about caught caring if someone was all right, being introduced as thief in her first comic, and a boy at that.

I totally already said it was an embarassed/indignated expression, read above. It just makes it cute because ZOMG SHE TOTALLY HAS A CRUSH ON BLITZ SO SOOO CUTE FROM EMBARASSED AND STUFF.
